Dino Park Rasnov, Brasov County, is the only thematic dinosaurs? park in Romania and the largest in the South-Eastern Europe. There are more than 47 dinosaurs in natural size, each of them scientifically attested and made according to the last paleontological discoveries. They are really special, given that they are built of glass fibre and a special type of resins, having a 50 years warranty period. It is an amazing place, measuring 1.5 hectares, in a natural environment providing a one of a kind experience for children and grownups.
A day accounting for 150 million years
Let?s take a virtual tour! Right at the entrance you are welcomed by a huge dinosaur on the rooftop and once entered you can start having fun in the areas specially designated for photos. Upstairs, the only 9D cinema in Romania waits for all major thrill-seekers. Then, with your mind?s eye, you come across a very generous playground outdoors, and the cheerfulness meter reaches the maximum level when the kids see the adventure tracks and the zip line.
Dinosaurs? tour
The tour of the 47 dinosaurs starts at the Pre-historical Lake on the path of the evolution, from the oldest to the newest. Around the middle of the journey you will experience an earthquake caused by the volcano built in collaboration with a professional team from Hollywood. You still have to see the tree houses up to head of the tree. Inside each of them there are exhibits or activities, such as the paining workshop. Here is the place where you can be a child again, getting paint on your hands and express by means of colours love, joy and feelings. The several exhibits in the tree houses and the one at the first floor of the building will supplement the children knowledge of a world still hidden in mystery.
Dinosaurs? Olympiad
The Dinosaurs? Olympiad is an activity really enjoyed by children since they get the gift for paying attention on the dinosaurs track. After they have had learned every piece of information from Titi-Rex and on the informational boards, the competitors fill in the answer to several questions. They will be awarded with a free degree and a batch. This award ceremony is held in the tree house, at the painting workshop.
